
Are there special notes when buying products from you?

We basically sell secondhand products. We recommend our customers to carefully check the condition ranking chart, picture, and description before make any purchase. We also recommend customers to ask questions if they feel uncomfortable about the product before the purchase.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we basically do not accept any return and exchange. However, if the
product is different from what the customer ordered or damaged, or the condition is different from the
description, then customer needs to contact with us within 3 business days, either by phone
(042-525-6511) or e-mail (
primulet@nifty.com). We will make appropriate arrangement.
Please note that we will not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases. Therefore, please make
sure to read the product description carefully and do not hesitate to ask questions before make any
purchase.
1. Disappointments or unsatisfied feeling from personal preference
2. Different size or color mistakenly chosen by customer
3. Damages or stains on product caused by customer’s carelessness
4. Products that have been used by the purchased customer
5. Not contact from customer within 3 days

Do you have the product in stocked?

We basically have all the products that appear on our website in stocked.
However, we also sell the products in store as well, so it might have been sold out while appearing on our website, because all the products are limited to one item only.

Are the products official?

We do not carry any product that is copied or against the trademark right. We also do not carry any illegal product as well. If by any chance, the product is proved as copied or faked, we will return any charge including shipping and other fees.

Dose this product come with any accessories?

Accessories mentioned in the product description will come with the product. However, there might be certain miss description, so we would recommend out customers to confirm about the thing they found anything unusual.

Does the product come with Warrantees?

Mechanic products purchased form our shop, such as watches; will come with warrantees that range from one month to one year. The product will be shipped out with written form of warrantee, so if there is any product with the product, customer can simply show it to our staff. The expiration date of the warrantee is written in the product description, so we recommend our customers to check it carefully.
However, following cases will not be included.
- Warrantee has already expired.
- damages from customer’s misusage, unreasonable usage, carelessness, or reforming
- Damages, discoloration and color falling caused by natural usage
- Damages caused by natural disasters, such as earth quick, fire or floods
- Change of consumable parts, such as batteries and belts, and lost of parts

Is there discounts for products?

We will not make any exceptional discount for any particular customer. All the customers are treated equally.

Will you provide any wrapping for the product?

We do provide certain simple wrapping, so please contact with us for further details.
